Xin’yu Library

Adjacent to Changlin Lake , Xin’yu library lies in the South Roadof Beihu. It covers area of 6800 ㎡, including the main buildings and subordinate buildings. It has the Book Purchasing and Cataloguing Room, the Lending Room, the Children Reading Room, the Data Room, the Scientific and Technological Information Room and the Ancient Books Room etc in the library. The amount of collection books is 260 thousand, 525 periodicals, 105 newspapers and 108 children’s book, and 5726 volumes of precious books which is donated by Hu Shuzhao, the professor of Taiwan University.
